Idaho Milk Products’ new Research & Development facility includes a state-of-the-art processing area, instrumentation lab, product multipurpose room for product evaluations and conferencing. Our focus will include high volume segments for Ready-To-Drink (RTDs), yogurt and fermented dairy, fresh dairy, protein bars, Ready-To-Mix (RTMs), ice cream, bakery and cereal.
This addition gives our food scientists and food processing experts the opportunity to build custom applications, work on new product developments and continuous improvements, faster response times, and high levels of confidence and confidentiality, for existing and new customers.
