Receipt Policy

To Whom it May Concern,

At Idaho Milk Products, we strive to deliver accurate and responsive customer service to our customers. Part of this means we work to deliver your purchase orders with the items and quantities you ordered shipped in full and delivered within the desired time frame.

To ensure your purchase orders are processed in a timely manner, starting July 1st 2025 we will no longer accept any purchase orders which are submitted without the following information.

  • Date
  • Purchase Order Number
  • Consignee name and address
  • Physical address where the order is to be delivered (If the address is different from the consignee address)
  • Incoterm (This will help us know what arrangements we need to make for the carriage of the good noted on the PO)
  • Requested delivery date
  • Idaho Milk Products item number and product description for the items being ordered
  • Item Price
  • Number of cases for each item being ordered
  • Any special instructions which should be considered when filling the order
  • Listing of Documents which should be submitted with the shipment

Please refer to the attachment to see an example of a PO template which has all the data elements we need to process purchase orders. You are encouraged to use the template to submit purchase orders to us. If you choose to submit purchase orders to us in your own format, please ensure all the data elements listed above are on the purchase order.
