Facility sustainability

Our Grade A facility in Jerome, Idaho, receives approximately 4.5 million pounds (about 2 million liters) of fresh milk daily. We use a proprietary cold loop filtration process and pay close attention to every step of the production process to produce a range of premium dairy ingredients that are sustainably produced and highly functional, setting a new standard in the market.

Energy efficiency

We recently completed a compressor upgrade and a powdered product transport system upgrade. Using a centrifugal compressor instead of multiple load/unload screw compressors to increase system efficiency.

Water conservation

"Cow water," collected through reverse osmosis, is "polished" and used for Clean-In-Place (CIP) purposes throughout the processing plant, helping to reduce the overall demand for withdrawal from the municipal water supply.
